The Knight of Cups tells you to follow your heart.
The Knight of Cups, when pulled upright, means you need to follow your heart. He is the most feminine of all the knights in the tarot, though he is no less worthy of listening to. He is a gentle, charming, and thoughtful spirit who is in touch with his emotions and what he feels. Take note of this and try to do the same. He is also a gifted knight and he brings forth those talents into the world around him. Do the same!
Pulling the Knight of Cups reversed often means you're overly emotional, bordering on moody or disgruntled. You're allowing your emotions to control your life and the world around you and it's affecting you negatively. Try to pull yourself back into control and think rationally. Perhaps you're making snap judgements or decisions without having all the information pertaining to the situation. Again, try to think rationally.
The Knight of Cups is asking you to tune into your emotions, just not too much lest you lose control.
